Rocking Fit is a membership-based 12-week online holistic training program for women. When you sign as a member, you’ll receive our Digital Starter Kit as well as 6 months membership, which includes weekly mindset coaching, three unique workouts per week, nutrition advice, meal planners plus lots more bonus content.
The one-time Rocking Fit Digital Membership for USD$179 includes 6-months access to our member’s area, the content, workouts, and coaching as well as digital versions of the Rocking Fit Workbook and Food Guide.

At the end of the 12-week program, you are welcome to start the program again or you could also skip around the program to select your favorite workouts or mindset coaching.
Yes! We have a lot of yoga based workouts in the program as well as HIIT, Kickboxing, Circuits and some other fun surprises along the way.
As a Rocking Fit Member you will have access to all the member content for 6 months.
We keep the nutrition aspects of the program very simple: Eat Clean. We encourage you to focus on eating 5-6 small high protein meals per day, drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables and reduce or remove sugar completely from your diet. Other than that there are no specific rules for what to eat except for you to make conscious choices around the foods you choose to eat so that you make this a lifestyle change and not a short-term fade.
The Rocking Fit Food Guide is full of suggestions for eating clean and includes a weekly menu sampler for ideas on Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner as well as snacks and smoothies.
As part of the program, we also offer mindset coaching around listening to your body to know what foods are right for you how to eat right for your body type and your specific goals.
All our workouts are designed to be done at home, in a park or while you are on vacation – you do not need a gym. The workouts are mostly gear-free using your own body weight. However, a few workouts do require light dumbbells for upper body resistance. If you don’t have any and you don’t want to purchase them you can always use cans from your pantry as a substitute for dumbbells. While we also recommended a training mat, towel and waterbottle, they are handy but not necessary.

Both the Rocking Fit Workbook and the Food Guide is available as a digital download and included in the Digital Membership. However we highly recommend ordering the Starter Kit as the Rocking Fit Workbook is a beautiful tool to have for optimising your experience of the Rocking Fit program.
Currently, all the workouts are the same for all fitness levels but the trainers give beginner, intermediate and advanced options during each workout. The workouts also progress to more advanced intensity as the program progresses. The trainers will always encourage you to work at your fitness level and no more, however, you will always have the opportunity to challenge yourself, if you choose to.
The Rocking Fit Starter Kit can only be purchased with the Rocking Fit Membership our 12-week holistic online training program. The Starter Kit was specifically designed for members of Rocking Fit to optimise their member experience and, therefore, you must also purchase a Rocking Fit Membership for us to ship you a Starter Kit.
Rocking Fit was designed to be a home-based training program. All our workouts are designed to be done at home, in a park or while you are on vacation – you don’t need a gym just a good wifi connection to steam the videos. The great things is; you do not need a gym for Rocking Fit. The workouts are mostly gear free using your own body weight, which is perfect for women who want to get lean but still toned and tight.
We do not provide printable PDFs as we have spent considerable time creating amazing workout videos that you follow along with the trainer for the entire workout. We find PDFs slow you down and make working out a bit of a drag. Our videos keep your head and energy UP while our coaches guide you every step of the way!

Rocking Fit is a 12-week program delivered on email and available via our beautiful and inspiring members area portal. As a member of Rocking Fit you will have access to the course, content and workouts for an entire 6 months to give you time to finish. If for some reason you are not able to complete the program within 12 weeks you will have 6 months access. Essentially, you could do the program twice, if you like. Once the first 12 weeks program is delivered, you could also skip around the program to select your favourite workouts or mindset coaching.
